Terms governing the use of our website, applications, consulting services, IAA monetization, and IAP purchases.

Effective date: April 22, 2026. These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Reliable Helper Gia My when you access or use our website, our applications, our support channels, our IAA advertising-supported experiences, our IAP purchase features, or our consulting and related business services.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using reliablehelpergiamy.com, any website or subpage we operate, any mobile application we publish, or any support or consulting service we provide, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Our services

Reliable Helper Gia My develops and publishes utility applications and provides related services. Our offerings may include:

  • Mobile applications distributed through the Apple App Store and other marketplaces, including tools for focus, habit tracking, idea capture, daily decisions, mood logging, and device monitoring.
  • Corporate website content, support channels, privacy and compliance documentation, and service information.
  • App design consulting services and full-process utility app research and development consulting.
  • Ad-supported, subscription-based, free, premium, beta, trial, or mixed monetization models depending on the product.

3. Eligibility and age requirements

You must be able to form a binding contract under the law applicable to you to use our services. If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where required. Additional age restrictions may apply to specific apps, ad experiences, subscription features, or marketplace rules.

If a product is subject to child privacy rules, teen privacy safeguards, App Store age ratings, or other youth-related obligations, you agree to comply with the applicable eligibility conditions and not to misrepresent age information.

4. Accounts, security, and access

Some services may require an account, a marketplace identity, a support profile, or authentication credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account information, restricting unauthorized access to your devices, and all activities that occur under your account unless prohibited by law. You must provide accurate information and update it when necessary.

5. License and permitted use

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use our website and, where you lawfully obtain them, our applications for personal or internal business use in accordance with the app listing, the marketplace terms, and applicable law.

You may not

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, fraudulent, harmful, or rights-violating purposes.
  • Interfere with service integrity, security, infrastructure, anti-fraud tools, analytics, consent flows, or ad monetization controls.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, crawl, reproduce, or republish material from the website without our prior written authorization, except as allowed for lawful search indexing.
  • Bypass subscription, paywall, entitlement, advertising, or regional access controls unless permitted by us.

6. IAP purchases, subscriptions, trials, and refunds

Some apps or services may offer IAP (in-app purchase) features, including subscriptions, one-time purchases, premium unlocks, consumables, non-consumables, consulting fees, or trial periods. Pricing, billing cycle, trial terms, and available payment methods will be disclosed at the point of purchase or in a service proposal.

  • Marketplace transactions: Purchases processed through Apple, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Samsung, Huawei, or another app marketplace are subject to that marketplace's billing, cancellation, refund, and payment terms in addition to these terms.
  • Automatic renewal: Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable marketplace or billing provider rules.
  • Refunds: Refund availability depends on the law that applies and the rules of the billing provider. For app marketplace purchases, you may need to request refunds directly through the relevant store.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless the applicable seller is legally required to collect and remit them.
  • Entitlement controls: Access to premium features depends on successful validation of purchase status. We may suspend premium access if payment reversal, fraud indicators, or marketplace revocation occurs.

7. IAA advertising-supported services

Some of our apps are or may be supported by IAA (in-app advertising). By using an ad-supported app, you understand that the app may display app open ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, native ads, or equivalent monetization units, subject to platform rules, privacy law, age policy requirements, and any consent settings that apply.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted ad delivery, a specific reward amount, ad availability, or the continued availability of any specific ad partner. Rewarded experiences may require successful completion of the ad or additional validation before in-app benefits are granted.

Fraudulent, automated, abusive, deceptive, or invalid activity, including manipulative ad interactions or artificial traffic generation, may result in suspension of rewards, monetization features, or account access and may be reported to relevant ad partners or marketplaces where required.

8. Consulting and professional services

We provide app design consulting and full-process utility app research and development consulting. Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written statement of work, proposal, order form, or master services agreement, any consultation described on this website is informational and does not create a guaranteed project delivery obligation, employment relationship, agency relationship, joint venture, or fiduciary duty.

Project-specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, acceptance criteria, intellectual property allocation, confidentiality, and payment schedules will be governed by the separate written agreement applicable to that engagement.

9. Data security and user obligations

We apply reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect service integrity and personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to use up-to-date devices, apply security updates, protect account credentials, and avoid conduct that may compromise service security or user safety.

You must not attempt unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malware, interfere with consent flows, manipulate IAA or IAP systems, evade anti-fraud mechanisms, or conduct activity that degrades platform security. We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate actions including suspension, reporting, and legal enforcement where appropriate.

10. Intellectual property

All content, software, designs, branding, graphics, text, layout, animations, interfaces, logos, icons, code, and other materials associated with our website and apps are owned by Reliable Helper Gia My or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.

11. Feedback and suggestions

If you provide comments, ideas, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, adapt, modify, publish, implement, and otherwise exploit that feedback without restriction or compensation, unless prohibited by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Third-party services, app marketplaces, and external links

Our services may interact with third-party app marketplaces, cloud providers, payment systems, analytics vendors, advertising networks, attribution tools, SDKs, device operating systems, or websites not controlled by us. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their terms, privacy notices, and platform rules. We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.

Our apps are intended to be operated in alignment with Apple App Store Review Guidelines, Apple App Tracking Transparency requirements, Apple Privacy Nutrition Label expectations, Google Play User Data Policy, Google Play Data safety requirements, Google Play Families Policy where applicable, and equivalent policy frameworks used by other marketplaces. Nothing in these terms overrides mandatory rights you may have against an app marketplace, payment provider, or consumer rights authority under local law.

13. Availability, maintenance, and updates

We may change, update, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the website, an app feature, a paid offering, a region-specific release, an advertising integration, or a consulting service at any time. We may also release patches, upgrades, content changes, security fixes, or policy-required adjustments. Some features may depend on device compatibility, OS version, network availability, or third-party services.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your exact needs.

Our apps may assist with productivity, self-organization, mood reflection, or device awareness, but they do not constitute medical advice, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, professional engineering certification, or any regulated professional service unless explicitly stated in a separate signed agreement.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reliable Helper Gia My and its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or business interruption arising from or related to the use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to a service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the relevant service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law if a limitation cannot be fully enforced. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the service if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk, acted unlawfully, compromised security, abused ad systems, interfered with service integrity, or where continued service is no longer operationally or legally feasible. You may stop using the service at any time by discontinuing access and uninstalling the app where applicable.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, feedback, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, and any accrued payment obligations, will survive termination.

17. Governing law, dispute resolution, and country-level protections

Except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in Hanoi, Vietnam will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, unless another forum is required by non-waivable law.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, India, South Africa, China, Turkey, UAE, Saudi Arabia, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you may also have the right to rely on certain mandatory provisions of the law of your country or region of residence and to bring claims in that jurisdiction where required by law.

18. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, legal obligations, app marketplace rules, or monetization models. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, within an app, by email where appropriate, or through the relevant marketplace listing. Continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
